Statistical Analysis

IJCR offers statistical consulting services for authors in need of assistance with statistical analysis. This service is provided by Dr. Dunya Nohra, a clinical epidemiologist with over 7 years of experience in this field. This includes assistance in a variety of statistical methods using SPSS, SAS, R, and Epi Info, to answer research questions in medicine, public health, biology, and other similar fields. The statistical services include but are not limited to:

  • Cleaning data
  • Coding data
  • Descriptive statistics
  • Bivariate statistical tests
  • Multivariate statistical tests
  • Survival Analysis
  • Factor Analysis

This service is available for research projects involving subjects who are part of the IJCR community at a discounted price.

Fees for researchers

  • Descriptive statistics: $280
  • Descriptive + bivariate, multivariate, survival analysis, or other: $500–550

Fees for members of the IJCR community

  • Descriptive statistics: $120
  • Descriptive + bivariate, multivariate, survival analysis, or other: $230–280

An initial one-hour consultation is offered free of charge after which the fee is determined on a case-by-case basis within the above-mentioned range. Payment is expected immediately after agreement on the fees.

To schedule a consultation, send an email to dunya.nohra@ijcrcentral.com, cc’ing administration.msab@ijcrcentral.com, in which you include:

  • Your name, title, affiliation, and contact information
  • An attached copy of your research proposal including a literature review on the research topic, the methodology adopted for data collection* and the research question with the relevant hypotheses at hand
  • A paragraph explaining the type of assistance required from the biostatistician

*In case a survey (online and/or hardcopy) was used, a pdf copy of it will be needed as well
